Normally this program would run $450.00, but I'm hoping to help more people and make it back by advertising my before and after pictures of incredible transformations. So I'm offering it at $259.00 (Or one of these options): Option 1, Pay by Jan 7th, only $259, payable in 2 payments of $129.50, SAVING $70. 2nd payment not due until Jan 28th. Option 2 (after Jan 7th) , 2 payments of $162, 1st due at sign up or before, 2nd due 3 Weeks after. Total of $324. Option 3 Paid in Full by Jan. 4th ONLY $249. * No refunds, except: If you cancel before you start your sessions, a $50 consultation fee and any bank fees will be deducted from any refund.
Important: I will need All Participants to make an Appointment with me to go over the program, paperwork, weigh and measure, and an Assessment BEFORE the Transformation Starts on Jan 14th. It will take about 45-60 minutes.
This is for ALL Fitness Levels, as we have progressions for all exercises. (I have yet to see anyone come into this Transformation already in shape.) But we will look to see if you have any physical limitations that might need 1 on 1 Training where group training might not fit for you.Groups have 6-8 people Max. You will workout with others who share your goals and interests with Metabolic Strength Training and Nutrition. The Social Support of the other group members will inspire and encourage you to stick to the program, while challenging each other in a Fun, Non-Intimidating Atmosphere. The workouts are short, fast paced and fun. The gym is Privatewhich means the public can't use it so there are never any crowds of people hogging up all the workout equipment!!
<<<WARNING>>> Some TOUGH LOVE, If you are just trying this out for another "thing"to do, or are not committed to giving 100% into this program,Please do not apply. I DO NOT ACCEPT EVERYONE WHO APPLIES because my business and reputation is on the line, and I want individuals who are serious about changing theirs lives for the better and are going to give 100% effort, not just in the workouts, but in the Nutrition Plan and can FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS FOR 6-WEEKS. If you can follow the nutrition plan AT LEAST 85-90%, work hard, and do what your suppose to do, you will have great results! If your not sure you can give this kind of effort in training AND nutrition, then your wasting everyone's time, including yours.
