This is for ALL Fitness Levels, as we have progressions for all exercises. Groups have 6-8 people Max. You will workout with others who share your goals and interests with Metabolic Strength Training and Nutrition. The Social Support of the other group members will inspire and encourage you to stick to the program, while challenging each other in a Fun, Non-Intimidating Atmosphere. The workouts are short, fast paced and fun. The gym is Private which means the public can't use it so there are never any crowds of people hogging up all the workout equipment!!
