Rich King is a Certified Personal Trainer and owner at Fitness for Life Personal Training in Carson City, Nevada. Rich has a lifetime of fitness and nutrition experience as he began boxing at the age of 10 yrs., holds 5 Golden Gloves titles, and served on the U.S. Air Force boxing team as the Air Force Champion, and as an Assistant Coach. He has been active in Fitness and Coaching for over 20 years. After working for public gyms as a Personal Trainer for 4 years, Rich started Fitness for Life Personal Training in 2011 and became a gym owner in 2015.
Rich was raised in Carson City and served as an aircraft firefighter in the U.S. Air Force during Operation Desert Storm. He distinguished himself by graduating 1st in his class at Leadership School, as well as receiving a medal for bravery in the line of duty (aircraft fire). He currently lives in Carson City with his wife, Kathy. He has two sons, Chandler, 17 yrs.is a Junior in High School, and Ray 25 yrs. Ray is currently in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany.
