Looking for Men and Women ages 24-62 with the desire to get stronger, lose 8-16 pounds, 2-5 inches off their waist, and generally want to tone up for summer and get in those beach clothes with more confidence.
We are a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe,
fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. If you have been stuck, then this is your program!
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed
to be fun, supportive, and challenging, while burning maximum FAT (using the AFTERBURN
method) in minimum time. Although we would like you to have some experience strength
training, it's not necessary as this workout program is able to be modified (on the spot) to fit your goals and
individual fitness levels. Workouts are done in a small (6-8 people) group training setting
which makes them fun, motivating, challenging and it keeps the cost of the program
affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training. So you get all theRESULTS
you want for a fraction of the price.
If you think this Beachbody Slimdown will be easy, it's not. But is the reward worth it?
Every bit of it.
You need to get out of your comfort zone to burn fat and build lean muscle. Light, easy
workouts CAN'T do the job. The good news is the workouts only take about 35-45
minutes to do (not counting warm-up/cooldown). Who can't get out of their comfort
zone for a few intense minutes. 3 Workouts with Fitness for Life, and 2-3 smaller Off-Day
workouts on your own, for a total of 5-6 workouts a week. OFF-DAY workouts will
need to be just as intense, but just using bodyweight exercises that will only take
you 5-15 minutes to do. I will provide a handout with instructions and pictures of all exercises. AND these can be done at home or at Fitness for Life Gym. If you have other options you would like to do on those days, as long as they are intense and NOT long, boring, moderate cardio, or heavy lifting, then we can talk about it.
There will be Accountability in the way of food journals and you will also have a Nutrition
Plan to guide you. If you can follow directions, and not over think it, it will be a piece of
cake.......maybe I shouldn't have used that..... Remember, You Can't Out-Train a Bad Diet.
So if you think you are up to it, and are willing to work hard and follow directions; you
will be a much happier, more confident and healthier version of yourself this summer!
