Are you wanting to join an awesome fitness community that you can REALLY call home? This is for ALL Fitness Levels, as we have progressions for all exercises. Groups have 6-8 people Max. You will workout with others who share your goals and interests with Metabolic Strength Training and Nutrition. The Social Support of the other group members will inspire and encourage you to stick to the program, while challenging each other in a Fun, Non-Intimidating Atmosphere. The workouts are short, fast paced and fun. The gym is Private which means the public can't use it so there are never any crowds of people hogging up all the workout equipment!!
Important: I will need All Participants to make an Appointment with me to go over the program, paperwork, weigh and measure, and an Assessment BEFORE the TRIAL Starts on July 24th. It will take about 45-60 minutes. You will call me at (775)450-4556 to set the appointment
"I am new to exercise/haven't worked out in a while, is this program suitable for beginners?" A: Yes! The workouts are challenging but they will always be within your limits, no matter if your new to this or been working out for years. We have progressions for everybody, at every level.
During these 2 weeks you can expect to get:
